Showcase your independent film...
Time is running out... As part of our launch we are taking submissions for our independent movie showcase. There are limited places available and not much time left to get your submission to us, so if you want your independent movies to be featured on Aspirica and uploaded to the site FREE you need to get your entry in quickly.
Update:
Many of the film makers that have contacted us have asked if you can submit movies that are under 20 minutes... After some thought we have decided that we will remove this barrier - you can now submit a movie of any length, however please remember we this is a showcase for independent movies, so if you have a home video of your nan falling in a river please don't apply to Aspirica
We're pretty sure we don't need to tell you how to define 'independent film' but you may be wondering what kind of film we are looking for. It's pretty simple really, you don't need to have a production company, a long cast list, big crew or even a specific budget. We want any film or pilot that you think people will want to see and that is longer than 20mins, whether it's documentory, fantasy, sci-fi, comedy, thriller, rom-com, stand-up comedy set or a feature length movie. We have categories and places for all of these. There will even be a special section for those of you that just want to have a camera and want a go at making movies but don't have any experience...
However, we are not trying to be YouTube (which we love by the way) so if you have a short movie of your Granny falling into a river, Aspirica is not for you. We want film/movies that are created by film makers that want to reach a wider audience and think that they have what it takes to entertain the World with their talent.
