Images, sound and video

It is assumed that the member/client has full usage rights for any photography, video, comments, content and images uploaded to our site.This means that if you (the member/client) uploaded it then YOU are responsible for ANY infringement of copyright intended or otherwise.

This policy covers all images or content including but not limited to video, images, sounds, written words (copy) and comments submitted/uploaded by the member. Aspirica will accept no liability for such material or derived content whether supplied or uploaded. Additional stock images, video footage or sounds used/uploaded/added but not created by the webmaster/Aspirica team will be licensed and used with permission with due credits where required.

All other copyright and licences to material created/provided for use on this site by/for the webmaster will remain intellectual property of the webmaster unless written release is given in writing.

User Infringement

Users found to be using content in breach of copyright will have their memberships cancelled without compensation and any offending material will be removed.
