The do's and Don'ts of publishing on Aspirica.

Aspirica was created to help film makers get their work in the public light. Although we are of course a business, a percentage of our profit goes back into the film industry and we are serious about promoting talented members work and hopefully helping some people go from independent to mainstream (if that's what they want).

Eventually we hope to be able to fund film projects from our own coffers and naturally we will look to our members to provide the skill and talent when it comes to production. However, as they say "With great power comes great responsibility", so when people publish their work to Aspirica, we insist that it follows a strict set of rules and guidelines.

Rules and Guidelines

Every film or article on Aspirica is reviewed by our team (eventually) and more importantly by other members. Although the site editors get final say in whether your work is accepted or not and they get final decision as to whether the work meets our standard for publishing. Just so you know up front and don't waste your time or ours: We do not accept offensive material, racism, political hatred, pornography, excessive violence and home made movies of auntie jane falling over into a wedding cake.

If a member complains about your movie we will review it and if our team agree with all/any of the complaint it will be deleted or removed from the site or maybe even put to the vote of participating members if a decision is for whatever reason in balance.

Here in a nutshell are some other points you may consider:

• Aspirica does not publish any sponsored articles or paid content.
• ASPIRICA articles have no hidden advertising. All advertising is marked as such
• ASPIRICA does not publish press releases or any other public relations (PR) content unless it is clearly marked
• ASPIRICA does not influence the opinions of contributors, whether written or in video and does not force members to tailor their work to fit our objectives or personal interests and opinions.
• Aspirica does not participate in affiliate marketing where we sell products through endorsement
• Advertisers and sponsors have no influence on ASPIRICA’s content.
• Aspirica does not share or farm links and any links outbound from the site are there for informational purposes
• Aspirica respects creative freedom and the rights of ALL contributors
• ASPIRICA does not condone any form of copyright infringement and will remove any item that is found to have been published without consent/permission from the rightful owner
• ASPIRICA will not allow the publishing of derivative or reproduced work

Essentially we like members and contributers to 'play nice' and if you're found to not be playing nice your work will be removed and you will be banned. if any monies have been paid you will NOT be refunded.
