The Aspirica Website is a service which provides opportunities for its members to view films and TV programmes. As a mamber/user, you are responsible for any content that you publish. Aspricia will not be responsible for breaches of copyright.  Copyright of content is solely the responsibility of the individual who posts the content on our site. 

Certification of posts is the responsibility of the individual who posts the content. If the content posted is certificated as ‘over 18’, this must be clearly stated by the individual who posts the content.
Aspirica reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time without cause.  The reputation of this service is dependent on the professional attitude of the members using the service.  We will terminate membership of an individual immediately if we feel their actions could in any way damage our reputation.
The following are examples of instances that will result in immediate termination of membership.

If a member or professional is found to be:
Flagrantly failing to follow Aspirica regulations or adhere to the Aspirica Terms and Conditions.
Behaving in a disorderly or indecent manner.
Carrying out acts of incitement or actual acts of discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, religion, colour, sexual orientation or ethnic origin.
Involved in attempts to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or violate the legal rights of others.
Encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability.
Misrepresenting your affiliation to any other person or entity.

By joining Aspirica as a member automatically grants to us a perpetual transferable royalty free license to use all information provided by you for use on our website, marketing and publications and automatically including the use of your name, website, photographs, personal details.  Your direct contact details will not be given to a third party without your prior consent.  Any other information submitted by your may be utilized for marketing purposes.

You may NOT at any time:
Either during or after your membership of Aspirica, reveal, directly or indirectly, to any person, organisation, firm or company, information in relation to Aspirica business, members and staff.
Use, download, save a copy of or distribute any literature or information provided to you by Aspirica including information available on our website pages.
Send identical bulk emails.
Carry out any act that is damaging or potentially damaging to our business, other members or clients.
Publish any content on our website that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing, profane, tortuous, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, libellous or contains explicit or graphic descriptions of sexual acts including sexual or obscene language or language of a violent nature.
